Practice final

for are final we have to make a salad. it sounded easy but it was dvery complicated and pan searing salmon is very tricky. Next week is the real thing and I know that chief Tim is going to throw a couple of curve balls at us. I hope that i will have all my stuff together.

week 8

This week we worked on brasing and stwewing. The class started off goood but by the end of the class everyboby was every where. Our food turn out alright but I thought that we could do better. Next week is the Pratice final I hope that I will do alright.
