Week 3

this week we learned about rice and it turned out that i really didn't know to much about preparing rice. wehad the largeest group in our class wich made it alot easier to make all four rice dishes. I really like the way that the class is set up there not one person in my class this quarter that I don't like. I really like uor workbooks I finally learned who to convert recipes and change the yeild for recipes. I hope next week is just as good as this week.

week 2

I love steak god bless cow and I really mean that. My cream spinach came out pretty good even thouth that was the firt time using fresh spinach and cream chesse. I feel like I am doing way better than I did in the fall semester. I finley feel like I can suceed and I can't wait until next week.

week 1

first week of class went prettysmooth I enjoyed all of the knowledge about eggs and a reveiw of over all of my knife . I can't wait to get to know everyon and it seem like it going to be a good semester.
